“Be The Change You Wish To See In the World ”
This quote is one of my favorites.
Because we all are thinking about changing the world. Changing the things we don’t like.
But most of the time we don’t even see that we ourselves are not doing anything against it.
We always say and think that we would like to change our nutrition or our habits.
And we always say and think about what we don’t like about other people: their nutrition by going to McDonald’s or smoking.
But we are doing the same things the others are doing. We eat at Mcdonald’s or chocolate. We do less sport because we’re not motivated.
So how can we expect others to change when we ourselves are not willing to change?
Your life and others will change if you yourself change.
I always caught myself thinking that my ex-boyfriend or my future boyfriend shouldn’t watch so many TV series, and do more adventures or traveling. But I’m nothing better than that. I’m also watching a lot of TV series instead of going out.
So before I get into a relationship again, I should change myself into the person I would like to be within a relationship.
I will always find boyfriends who are watching TV series all day because I’m doing the same.
So I need to be the change I would like to see in the world and in other people.
If I don’t, I will always attract those people.
