Time Is Passing Anyway, Why Not Fight For Your Goal Instead Of Giving Up

You have this present moment. Now it’s gone. Now it’s gone again. One second less of your life. Another one.

Thinking about time like that makes you appreciate yours more.

How do you spend your present moment? Do you want to spend your future days like the present days now?

Go through your day and think of every task and every thing you are doing, if you really want to do it your whole life everyday.

You don’t?

Then let’s think…

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

— George Bernard Shaw

What do you want to change?

Think about what you want to change. Based on that you will figure what you actually want in life and where you want to be.

What is your future goal? How do you want your life to look like in 5 years?

I know exactly where I want to be because I know what I don’t like about the present moment.

I want freedom at work, to be able to choose my own time and my own tasks. I will earn money online and I can choose my own projects.

What do you like about the present moment? What do you not like?

Based on that you develop your values and your life goal.

How would your perfect day look like?

Go to a quiet place and think about it. Feel how it would feel like. Go through that perfect day like you are there. Who is with you? What are you doing? What are things you are doing in the present and you don’t want to do on your perfect day?

What do you need to achieve to have that perfect day? From there you can figure out what your goal is and then your values.

Write it down. It’s not fixed for your whole life.

But this is the goal now and based on that you can analyze what the next small steps can be to get closer to your goal. Plan the next steps and then do it!

“Don’t hesitate or talk about what you want to do. Just do it.”

— Gbenga Akinnagbe
